Game plan for internationalization

For smaller medtech companies, the step of going ”out into the world” is crucial to the company’s success. If a good medical technology product has been developed that meets a need in healthcare and there is sufficient market potential, this has all the possibilities to be exported.

A document – a ”game plan” – has been produced to make it easier for Swedish medtech companies in the internationalization process. The idea with this is to be practically oriented and it contains checklists and tips on how to get help on the trip.

The game plan has been developed in collaboration with the business consulting company Medical Lead Nordic AB and Medtech4Health.
