During the spring, Medtech4Health has produced material we hope will be useful for all who use, develop, and work with medical technology. We would very much like to present this material, and have chosen do so at two lunchtime events at the end of August.

Inclusive Innovation is a strategic project within the Medtech4Health strategic innovation programme that aims to make Swedish medical technological innovation more accurate, relevant and powerful, at the same time as it is also equal and inclusive.

Active work for gender equality and a norm-critical approach can contribute to new ways of working, to discovering new target groups, and not least to developing new, even better medtech products and services. With a more inclusive approach, products and services will to a greater extent become better adapted to the target group so they can even better meet the needs of both healthcare professionals and patients.

Increased awareness of gender equality and diversity, and a norm-critical approach, will in the long run provide competitive advantages that can be extremely important for a company. Not least as Agenda 2030 comes more into the limelight.

Are you interested in innovation and standards? Do you have a strong commitment to medical research and development? Are you a student, entrepreneur or researcher? Is your curiosity aroused by where in the medtech innovation process norms can play a role? Or by the tactics we use to enable norm-creative innovation? Then this is material that you will want to work with in your business.

We extend a warm welcome to all who wish to join us for these lunchtime meetings.

You are welcome to participate on both occasions if you wish. At each event, we will be visited by different speakers. Both events will close with a review of the material. The meetings are free of charge.
