Describe your company
Mindmore is a Swedish digital health company founded in 2017 that provides a cloud-based platform for digital cognitive testing. Healthcare professionals use the platform to assess and monitor patients with cognitive impairment, dementia and neuropsychiatric disorders.
Mindmore replaces paper-based assessments with validated digital tests, combining expertise in clinical neuropsychology and healthcare digitalisation. The company’s vision is to become the standard platform for cognitive assessment across the Nordics and beyond.
Describe your product/solution
Mindmore offers a digital platform for evidence-based cognitive assessment, enabling healthcare professionals to administer, score and follow up on cognitive tests digitally.
The platform includes a broad test battery covering memory, attention, executive function, language and visuospatial ability. Tests are accessible via tablet or computer, can be self-administered or clinician-guided, and are automatically scored and presented in clear clinical reports.
The platform integrates with existing healthcare workflows and supports longitudinal follow-up to track cognitive changes over time.
What problem are you addressing?
Cognitive disorders such as dementia, stress-related mental illness, post-cancer brain fog and neuropsychiatric conditions represent a growing global healthcare challenge. Despite this, cognitive assessment remains largely paper-based, time-consuming and inconsistent.
Traditional cognitive testing requires specialist competence, takes significant time and produces results that are difficult to compare and track longitudinally. This contributes to delayed diagnoses, long waiting times and unequal access to cognitive assessment across healthcare settings.
Many patients — particularly in primary care and smaller clinics — do not receive timely and standardised cognitive assessment, leading to missed or delayed diagnoses and poorer patient outcomes.
What impact does your solution create?
Mindmore has demonstrated significant impact across patient care, healthcare efficiency and broader societal outcomes.
The platform is currently deployed at more than 100 clinics and has been used to administer over 100,000 cognitive tests. It has also been adopted in more than 75% of Sweden’s healthcare regions, demonstrating strong national uptake and continued growth across the Nordics.
By digitising and standardising cognitive assessment, Mindmore reduces the time required per assessment, enables earlier and more accurate diagnosis, and frees up valuable time for healthcare professionals. This contributes to shorter waiting times, more consistent clinical decision-making and reduced healthcare costs.
What stage of commercialisation are you currently in?
Mindmore is in a national scaling phase, with established sales across Swedish healthcare regions and ongoing international expansion activities.
What are you currently seeking to take the next step?
Mindmore is currently seeking international partnerships and collaborations to support expansion beyond Sweden.
The company is looking for partners within healthcare systems, hospital networks and research institutions that share the ambition to modernise cognitive assessment. Mindmore is also interested in connecting with investors who can support international scaling, as well as regulatory expertise to support market entry in new regions such as the EU and the United States.
What market potential do you see for your solution?
The global market for cognitive assessment tools is large and growing rapidly, driven by ageing populations, increasing prevalence of dementia and neuropsychiatric disorders, and a global push towards healthcare digitalisation.
Mindmore has already demonstrated strong national scalability, with adoption across more than 75% of Swedish healthcare regions. The platform is well-positioned for expansion into the Nordic markets and internationally, with potential applications across neurology, psychiatry, primary care and occupational health.
As cognitive health receives increasing attention within healthcare policy worldwide, Mindmore’s evidence-based digital approach addresses a clear and growing need.
